About Sergei
Sergei leads product design and delivery at ForBroTeam. He builds the interfaces and integration layers that tie AI systems into how a business actually works. Before ForBroTeam he spent more than a decade in fintech, including senior leadership helping scale a European fintech into a global business. He thinks about product strategy and user experience, but mostly he cares that whatever ships works for the people using it day to day.
He has designed and built AI-native interfaces from scratch, products from prototype to production, and the integration layers that connect AI systems to existing CRMs, ERPs, and business tools. His experience includes fintech MVP development under compliance constraints (PCI DSS, SOC 2, KYC/AML), AI-native UX pattern design for conversational interfaces and agent outputs, and go-to-market strategy for technical founders launching new products.
Sergei works on the gap between what AI can do and what a business user can actually run. His interfaces do not ask people to understand the model underneath. When something is hard to use, he treats that as a build problem, not a user problem.
