Co-Founder — AI Development & Architecture
Dmitri runs AI development and technical architecture at ForBroTeam. He builds AI agents, automation pipelines, and compliant systems for healthcare, finance, and SaaS companies. His background is in machine learning and natural language processing.
He has led implementations involving HIPAA-compliant healthcare automation, SOC 2-grade financial workflow systems, RAG pipelines for enterprise document processing, and multi-agent orchestration for business process automation. He writes about AI implementation on the ForBroTeam blog.

Sergei runs product design and full stack development. He builds the interfaces, infrastructure, and tools that tie AI systems into how businesses actually work.
He has designed and built AI-native interfaces, full stack products from prototype to production, and integration layers connecting AI to CRMs, ERPs, and business tools. His experience spans fintech MVP development, AI-native UX, and go-to-market strategy for technical founders.

ForBroTeam started in 2013 as a software and product development shop. Over the following decade we watched the businesses we worked with face the same bottlenecks: manual processes that could not scale, disconnected systems that required constant human maintenance, and tools that promised automation but required expensive specialists to configure.
When large language models became capable enough for production workloads in 2023, we shifted focus entirely to AI automation - not because AI is interesting in the abstract, but because it finally made a class of problems we had watched companies struggle with actually solvable at reasonable cost.
We are a small team by design. Every project is handled directly by the founders, not handed off to junior staff after the sales call. This means we move faster, stay accountable, and do not overengineer solutions that need to be maintained by real teams.
What We Build
We work across three areas: AI automation and development, product design and development, and process optimization. Most projects touch all three. An AI agent that automates invoice processing needs to be built correctly, integrated into your accounting system, and designed so your team can actually use it without reading a manual.
Our clients are predominantly in healthcare, finance, SaaS, and fintech - industries where the automation opportunity is high and the compliance requirements are real. We do not treat HIPAA and SOC 2 as optional add-ons. When a project touches regulated data, we build the compliance architecture from day one.
Our Approach
We do not start with tools. We start by understanding your process, your data, and your constraints. Most AI projects fail because someone bought a tool before they understood the problem. We map your workflow first, identify where automation creates genuine value, and scope the build to fit that specific problem.
We will tell you if no-code automation solves your problem better than custom AI. We will tell you if your data is not ready for the system you want to build. We will tell you if the ROI math does not work. The goal is a system that runs in production, not a prototype that looks good in a demo.
